Professional Negligence

Enforcement Proceedings, Bankruptcy and Liquidation

Unfortunately winning at trial, at an interim application or even reaching agreement on a consent order, may not mean that you receive the sums due to you.

If it is necessary to enforce the Court Order, depending on the circumstances may mean a different approach from obtaining a charging order over a property, instructing bailiffs or commencing bankruptcy or winding up proceedings.
